Server Rules#

Before you start using the AutoPlus Discord server, please read and understand the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a warning, mute, or ban from the server.

  1. Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, sexism, racism or hate speech will be tolerated.
  2. No spam or self-promotion. This includes DMing fellow members.
  3. No age-restricted or obscene content.
  4. Any attempt at scamming will result in a 7-day timeout and reporting to scammer archive servers.
  5. We try to be as neutral as possible, which is why we do not mark people on the server ourselves, but report them to KSF and ScammerAlert.
  6. Chat messages related to scams or not respecting Discord's Terms of Service will be deleted.

Exchange Channel#

The exchange channel is made for people who are looking for an exchange. It is not a place for advertisements, casual chatting, or non-English messages. Posts that do not follow this can be deleted and may lead to a sanction.

You can select exchange roles from the pinned message in the exchange channel. These roles let other members mention you when they are looking for a specific payment method, such as Bank, PayPal, CashApp, Revolut, Apple Pay, Crypto to Crypto, Gift Card, or AutoPlus Points.

Do not spam exchange role mentions. If you mention exchange roles too often, AutoPlus Helper warns you on the second mention and applies a 10-minute chat restriction on the third mention within 10 minutes.

Server Roles#

Here are the roles and their meaning on the AutoPlus Discord server:

@Developer: This is the role of the developer and maintainer of AutoPlus (Sayrix), he is the only one who has access to the funds of the bot.
@Head Manager • USE ESCROW: This role is the role for our Head Managers, they are the highest rank in the server and they are here to help you with any questions you might have. They also are added to your thread in case you open a dispute. Having that role does not mean they are trusted and you should always use escrow.
@Managers • USE ESCROW: This role is the role for our Managers team, they are here to help you with any questions you might have. They also are added to your thread in case you open a dispute. Having that role does not mean they are trusted and you should always use escrow.
@Support • USE ESCROW: This role is the role for our Support team, they are here to help you with any questions you might have. They also are added to your thread in case you open a dispute. Having that role does not mean they are trusted and you should always use escrow.
@Helper • USE ESCROW: This role is the role for our Helper team, they are here to help you with any questions you might have. They also are added to your thread in case you open a dispute. Having that role does not mean they are trusted and you should always use escrow.
@⚠️ Marked [ScammerAlert] ⚠️: This role is assigned to people who have been marked by ScammerAlert. This means that you should deal with caution with all users who has this role.
@⚠️ Marked [KSF] ⚠️: This role is assigned to people who have been marked by KSF. This means that you should deal with caution with all users who has this role.
@Legendary Client • USE ESCROW: This role is automatically assigned to members who have sent or received more than $50000 (check your stats with /stats user).
@Elite Client • USE ESCROW: This role is automatically assigned to members who have sent or received more than $10000 (check your stats with /stats user).
@Special • USE ESCROW: This role is automatically assigned to members who has our Discord invite in their custom status. To receive it, add autoplus.gg or /otto near the start of your custom status. The role can be removed automatically if the status is removed or changed.
@Booster • USE ESCROW: This role is automatically assigned to all members who is boosting the Discord server.
@Rich Client • USE ESCROW: This role is automatically assigned to all members who have sent more than $1000 (check your stats with /stats user).
@Client • USE ESCROW: This role is automatically assigned to all members who have completed at one trade.
@Member • USE ESCROW: This role is automatically assigned to all members who passed the verification.

Sanctions#

AutoPlus uses moderation cases to track warnings and mutes. For common rule breaks, staff can use auto-sanctioning so repeated issues escalate in a consistent way.

The first level is usually a warning. Repeated sanctions can then become mutes of 5m, 1h, 24h, 7d, and finally 30d. If a user goes 90 days without another moderation case, the escalation history resets.

When possible, AutoPlus sends the user a direct message with the reason and, for mutes, when the mute ends. Staff can still choose stronger action for serious issues such as scams, threats, or severe rule violations.

Message Cleanup#

Some public server channels are automatically cleaned to keep them readable. Messages older than 24 hours may be deleted from these channels.
